Your jobs
The first screen is your jobs, split into Today and Upcoming. Each card is one visit: the customer’s name, the postcode, the time window, and the category (boiler, heating, plumbing, gas safety).
Opening a job
Section titled “Opening a job”Tap the card. You’ll see:
- The customer — name, address, phone. Tap the number to call.
- The map — the property, with a button to open it in your maps app.
- The fault — what the customer reported, in their words, plus anything PlusHeat added.
- The time window — Morning (8–1), Afternoon (12–6) or All day. That’s what the customer was promised.
Before you set off
Section titled “Before you set off”Read the fault description. If it mentions a part or a model, have it with you — a second visit costs the customer a day and you a trip.
The buttons, in order
Section titled “The buttons, in order”Every job has the same three steps, and the app only shows the one that’s next:
-
En route — press when you leave. The customer gets a tracking link.
-
Arrived — press at the door. The customer’s map says you’re there.
-
Submit report — press when you’re done. See The report.
If nobody’s home, there’s a separate path: No access.
