Your managers
An account belongs to a company, and a company can have several managers. They all see the same board, the same jobs, the same books.
Two roles
Section titled “Two roles”- Primary admin — one per company. The account PlusHeat created. Gets the SMS offers, can add and remove managers.
- Manager — everyone else. Same access to jobs and books; can’t manage people.
Adding a manager
Section titled “Adding a manager”Settings › Managers › Add manager → name and email → Send invite. They get an email with a link to set a password, and they’re in. Only the primary admin sees the Add manager button.
Removing a manager
Section titled “Removing a manager”Settings › Managers → the person → Remove. They’re signed out everywhere within a minute. Jobs and books are unaffected — they belong to the company, not the person.
